I've own this AL619 with no issues for the past couple of years. Recently trying to monitor a vehicle for I/M readiness and it starts to act up.  Seemed a little slow and the information displayed was different than usual. I decided to look for software updates online, updated all the files for it. Powered it up on the USB cable on my computer and all seemed well. I disconnected it and connected it to a vehicle, and it has a blank screen. Come back to my computer to plug it in on the USB to see if it powered up, and it was blank. What just happened? What did I do wrong?

 Won't power up at all, with or without sd card
